Ah, you are inspiring me to go hunt up the dpns I need for baby sleeves instead of trying to make do with a circular that is too big and has too stiff a cable to make magic looping remotely pleasant.

I agree, having the right tool for the job (whatever it may be) can make all the difference – and in the case of needles, they just have to be the right pointyness, no way around it.
